About the Blog
This blog is about GenAI, LLMs, machine learning, Python, and tech education. I write about what I'm learning, building, and experimenting with in the world of Generative AI. I'm not a professional writer, but the more I write, the better I get.
About Me
I'm Raja CSP Raman — an engineer, educator, author, and founder.
From a rural school in Odiapatti to a career spanning multiple continents, my journey has been driven by curiosity and a deep commitment to giving back. I'm an alumnus of Thiagarajar College of Engineering and started my career working alongside IIT Madras professors at NMSWorks (a parent company of Zoho).
I moved to Canada in 2010 and studied at Humber Institute of Technology in Toronto. Over 13 years in Ontario, I built a career working with American and European clients across diverse tech domains — from ticketing systems to retail and gaming technology.
Throughout my career, I've dedicated my weekends to mentoring students from rural backgrounds, teaching them cutting-edge technologies through one-on-one sessions. The impact: 442 students have secured their first jobs through my guidance, with over 30 of them now earning more than ₹20 lakhs annually.
Current Work
I'm the founder of Kactii — a GenAI Agent Marketplace. I also operate Kactii Academy from Toronto, focusing on nurturing both Canadians and South Indians in the latest GenAI technology stack. Previously, I led Aracor as Head of AI & Engineering, where I managed an 11-member team and initiated the AI roadmap for AracorAI.
I'm also the founder of Featurepreneur, an invitation-only Slack community focused on student development, supporting Canadian SMEs and startups on their micro features.
My ambitious 10-year mission is to establish Tamil Nadu as the GenAI Hub of India, a vision I'm actively pursuing through collaborations with engineering colleges across Tamil Nadu.

Outside of Tech
When I'm not shaping the future of tech education, you might find me unwinding with a John Grisham novel.
